Experience a Rich History
Experience the rich history of the ancient city of Moria, known to the dwarvish people as Khazad-dûm. Founded in the First Age of Middle Earth by Durin, first of the dwarves, it started as little more than a set of caves above the Mirrormere, a small lake where Durin perceived his reflection to be wearing a crown of seven jeweled stars. Since then, Durin’s hall has grown into a vast and thriving city.
Come explore the heights and depths of Moria, it’s long halls of black stone polished smooth as glass forever illuminated by shining lamps of crystal, with flights of fifty or more steps between each level are a true sight to behold.
Come join us at the Doors of Durin and “Speak friend, and enter.”
